This policy explains how My Daily Trading HQ, LLC handles information submitted through the website and authenticated product.

Website and account information

We may collect account registration details, consent choices, website activity, support messages, and information you choose to provide. We use this information to create and protect accounts, operate the service, respond to requests, understand product use, and improve the experience.

Product information

Users may provide account profile information, trading-account labels, imported trading files, normalized trade records, broker statements, journals, plans, playbooks, reviews, goals, and coaching history. Financial records are used to provide the product. We do not sell private trading records or use them to build advertising profiles.

Facts, estimates, and source records

The product is designed to keep source files, normalized trade data, calculated estimates, and broker-verified values distinct. A calculated value does not replace a broker statement.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the service, including Vercel for website hosting and website analytics, Google Analytics for aggregate public-site traffic measurement, Resend for email services, Supabase for authentication, databases, and private product storage, and Stripe for subscription checkout, payment processing, invoices, and the customer billing portal. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in My Daily Trading HQ. Additional support, monitoring, and backup providers may be added as the service develops. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

Account and product information is retained while an account remains active and as needed for security, recovery, legal, and audit obligations. Product export and closure requests are reviewed before fulfillment so private records are not released or removed incorrectly. Historical interest-form records are retained only as needed for the purpose originally disclosed or until consent is withdrawn.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages and request access, correction, export, or closure review through the product's available account and support channels. Identity and workspace ownership may be verified before a sensitive request is fulfilled.

Security

No online service can promise absolute security. My Daily Trading HQ is designed around authenticated access, workspace-scoped records, private source-file storage, restricted application actions, privacy-safe operational records, and tested recovery procedures.
